A 15% deposit is required on booking all appointments 'No Shows' - Do not attends to appointments or informing the day of appointment of cancellation will NOT be refunded their deposit - this cannot be used for a re booked appointment This 'non refundable deposit' on the above reasons covers an empty appointment by which another client could be booked Exemption to this is a COVID positive test - the deposit can then be used to re book on - a non refundable deposit can only be used once
